Welcome to rakhii.com. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the digital Raksha Bandhan gifting service (the "Service") operated by Vinay Singhal ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Service or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

rakhii.com is a digital gifting experience that lets you create a personalized Raksha Bandhan gift — selecting items, writing a message, and (optionally) adding a photo or voice note — and share it with your sibling via a unique link. The gift is a digital experience, not a physical product, and nothing is shipped or physically delivered.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and of making payments, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to do so.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Razorpay.
• Prices for items are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) before you complete your purchase.
• Some items are free, and others are premium (paid) items. You will always see the total before paying.
• By completing a payment, you authorize us (through Razorpay) to charge the displayed amount.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because the Service delivers a digital product/experience that is made available immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a genuine technical problem — for example, you were charged but your gift link was not created or did not work correctly — please contact us at vinaysinghal896@gmail.com with your transaction details. Where we confirm a genuine technical issue, we will provide you with a free link to recreate your gift so you can complete the experience at no additional cost.

5. User Content

You are responsible for any content you add to your gift, including messages, photos, and voice notes ("User Content").

You agree that you will not upload or share content that:

• Is unlawful, obscene, hateful, threatening, or harassing;
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
• Contains malicious code or attempts to disrupt the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. You retain ownership of your User Content; by uploading it, you grant us permission to store and display it solely to deliver your gift to its recipient.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, design, branding, and content of the Service (other than your User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended personal, non-commercial gifting purpose, and not to misuse, copy, resell, or attempt to interfere with the Service or its security.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep it running smoothly, we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser (including in-app browsers such as those in Instagram or WhatsApp).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
